The financial, technical and personnel cooperation is compiled under DC. Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs) are voluntary associations, which are not dependent on the government. They make a large contribution towards humanitarian aid and project work. The DC is not directly linked to wars or disasters. It tries to generally help people to improve their living conditions. The objective of the DC is above all to fight poverty and reduce the gap between the rich and the poor throughout the world.
