Guidelines: Outcome and Impact Orientation Part II
Outcome and impact orientation focuses on two key questions. What should be achieved and what is actually achieved? What does this mean in practice? (2008)
Part II is a practice-oriented document which describes the outcome and impact-oriented procedure in individual project phases step by step on the basis of specific project example. Possible methods which may be used during implementation of the respective project phase - depending on the type of project - are listed but not described in detail.
