Details

Part I explains the terms and background conditions of outcome and impact-oriented project planning and localises outcome and impact orientation within the Welthungerhilfe project cycle.

To make the process as practice-oriented as possible, four projects were selected from Welthunger's portofolio and planned and implemented in accordance with outcome and impact-oriented criteria. Both the experience gained in this pilot process and the existing know-how of programme managers, heads of project and partner organisations were incorporated in these guidelines.
