Evaluations are an essential part of Welthungerhilfe’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability (MEAL) system, both for learning and accountability to donors, partners and the people we aim to assist. They are a precious opportunity from which we want to derive the maximum benefit.
Furthermore, with a decentralized organizational structure, it is important to speak a common language around project evaluations. The Evaluation Manual gives step by step clear orientation and hands-on workings aids to those people involved in project evaluations.
